...during a walk along the shore at Odiorne State Park, i came across a rosa rugosa plant with a late blossom...interestingly, it was the only blossom on that plant as well as for any other rugosas in that area...these beach rugosas normally blossom in summer and early fall...late October seemed rather unusual...
